Hamilton Arts Awards Nomination

Congratulations to Azalea’s Benjamin Hackett who has been nominated for a 2018 Hamilton Arts Award: Established Artist – Music Category! The awards annually recognize artistic talent in┬ámultiple disciplines from Hamilton, Ontario.

The Awards Presentation will take place on Wednesday June 6, 2018 at Theatre Aquarius Dofasco Centre for the Arts as part of Hamilton Arts Week. The catered presentation event will feature great performers, art demonstrations, and the awarding of $35,000 in cash prizes to artists.

IAMA Finalists

We’re excited to announce that Azalea has been selected as a finalist at the 14th Annual IAMA (International Acoustic Music Awards). The nomination is for BEST DUO/GROUP for the song “I See the Church” from our new album Gypsy’s Moonlight Motel. It’s a great honour to receive this nomination at an event that has hosted some great artists including Meghan Trainor. Winners will be announced February 7th!
