The Studio

Sweet Dreams Studio is located in the heart of downtown Hamilton, Ontario. The name originated from early bedroom recordings that Benjamin & Mia did while attending university. Now, the studio consists of two renovated & soundproof rooms - a control room and a tracking room, with state of the art recording equipment, atop an Edwardian era home built in 1907.

Your Project, From Concept to Completion

Both Benjamin & Mia are seasoned producers and recording engineers. Together they have many years of professional recording experience and currently work full time in the music industry. Benjamin & Mia will work with you, and guide you, to ensure the vision for your project is brought to life in the recording process.

Both Benjamin & Mia play a variety of instruments and have a modern ear for sound production/design. Their expertise in this area can be called upon at any time during the recording process to add additional instrument or vocal performances to your production. All this is available at no additional cost and is included in the hourly studio rate. Benjamin & Mia also have a list of other studio musicians available for hire.

Benjamin & Mia have a wealth of industry knowledge and will be happy to discuss your needs and provide you with music industry recommendations and contacts. They are also seasoned songwriters and can help you fine tune your songs so they make their best impact.

We promise to give your project the attention and care we would give to our own music. It is for this reason that our clients continue to come back to us to work on their future projects.

Session Work

We are also available for session work recording Acoustic & Electric Guitars, Piano, Percussion & Vocals for your project. These sessions can be facilitated remotely by correspondence. The musical parts are recorded in our studio and then sent electronically to be inserted into your project.

Foley & Sound Design
